I am not sure that which dimensions & metrics you choose to combine the query and import it into Power BI Desktop.
And I haven’t found client ID in this Google Reporting API, I would recommend you check that if you can add User Type Dimension to the current query, then create measure to calculate number of recurring user. In the above link, you can roll over each dimension and select its checkbox to see all the other metrics that can be combined in the same query.
