Your reply made me confident and I removed and then set up again my dashboard in Power BI.
Unfortunately no change and the rank information is still showing as (blank) 
Lithosphere and our community are indeed running slightly different versions of Lithium 16.3, but I would be surprised if these manifested in such API discrepancies.
